Lorna & Laura - 4th August 2026
Lorna & Laura created a wedding day that was completely their own. From Laura’s epic “bury the sausage” dance, complete with singing to bring them good luck and keep the rain away, to Lorna and her party attempting to master the art of the pocket square with the help of every YouTube tutorial under the sun, there was never a dull moment! Their very cute dog, Otis, was of course a big part of the celebrations, while Laura’s hilarious Professor Snape impression when Lorna was using her flowers as a wand had everyone in stitches. And then came their incredible first dance — perfectly choreographed, full of energy and the perfect way to get the evening celebrations underway.
Sophie & Sam - 21st August 2025
Sophie & Sam’s wedding at Hidden River Barn was a colourful celebration, with beautiful florals and vibrant decoration bringing colour to every corner. As Sophie walked down the aisle, she was surrounded by flowers lining every row, bringing the barn to life. The speeches had everyone in stitches, with Sam sharing the brilliant story of the first time he told Sophie he loved her, only for her response to be, “Hahaha, you said it first.” As the evening celebrations got underway, the competitive spirit came out in full force, with guests taking on a space hopper relay race and treating the swing ball like it was Wimbledon.
Danielle & Callum - 15th May 2025
Callum & Danielle created a beautiful wedding day at Hidden River Barn. With a shared passion for cars, their stunning Bentley and Porsche made the perfect addition to their wedding portraits. Their beautiful dog was also very much part of the day, joining the bridal prep as his bow tie was carefully fitted before heading off down the aisle. The speeches were another highlight, packed with hilarious stories and plenty of laughter, while Callum’s dad stole the show with an unforgettable magic trick involving a glass bottle that he somehow managed to twist… to this day, I don’t know how the trick was done!

I filmed my first wedding at Hidden River Barn in 2023, and since then I’ve had the pleasure of capturing countless weddings there, with plenty more already in the diary. I’ve also worked with all of the wedding coordinators at Hidden River and absolutely love working alongside the team. It’s a venue I know really well and genuinely look forward to returning to time and time again.
